Greg Coras
Greg Coras worked as an engineer for Stone & Webster from 1974 to 1976 after attending Wentworth Institute, Northeastern University and Babson College. He then started in the construction business in 1976 doing small commercial rehab work in hotels, supermarkets, office buildings and retail establishments. At the same time he purchased small income properties and renovated them and rented the units. In 1986 he entered the development field, buying raw land and converting it into residential subdivisions.

Eastern Management Development, LLC has developed different properties in more than 15 towns including Medfield, Medway, Franklin, Sturbridge, Walpole, Norwood, Scituate, Norwell & Chatham. Some specific projects they have developed include Medway Manor Estates I in Medway, Medway Manor Estates II in Medway, Camelot Estates I in Medway, Kettle Pond Estates in Medfield, Laurelwood Estates in Norwell, Rosa Estates in Franklin, Fairmount Estates in Franklin & more.

On a personal note, Greg is 55 years old and was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He grew up in the Hyde Park section of Boston. He is the father of two, Jason and Melissa, and has been married for 34 years to Karen.

Jason Coras
Jason Coras attended Bryant College from 1993 to 1997, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance. He also attended Wentworth College for further education in Construction Management. From 1997 to 1999, he was the project manager of Eastern Management Development, LLC, overseeing and running multiple subdivision projects including infrastructure and managing the construction of 100 single family dwellings from foundation through turnover. He is currently the managing member of Eastern Management Development, LLC, developing multiple subdivisions on overseeing the entire business entity.

Jason was born at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. Jason is married to Gina, a longtime friend from Norwood whom also attended Bryant College. They are married with one child, Alexa, and reside in Norwood, Massachusetts.

Kurt Courtemanche
Kurt is the project manager for Eastern Management & Development, LLC. He has more than 20 years of field experience in residential and road construction. He is married to Karen and has two children. He currently resides in Franklin.
