When you live at the Villas at Eagle’s Nest there are many activities you can enjoy in your own community. You can stroll along the walking trails in your own back yard or ride a bike in a peaceful neighborhood setting. Eagle’s Nest will have an activities area with Bocce courts, picnic tables and a sitting area along the pond. There will also be a common room in each building to gather for playing cards, reading or just catching up with your neighbors.

Franklin has an array of activities for those of all ages. Whether you are interested in golfing at the Franklin Country Club, getting involved with the numerous volunteer & community organizations Franklin offers, exercising at a variety of health clubs or shopping and dining out at fine restaurants, Franklin has it all.

Franklin also has two train stops so getting into the city to go to a museum, show, concert or sporting event could not be easier.
